Recruitment Announcement from JICA Thailand Office; Project Coordinator, 6-month term (renewable)

Project Name: The Project for Enhancing ASEAN-Japan Capacity Building Program for Cybersecurity and Trusted Digital Services
Job Title: Project Coordinator
No. of Vacancy: 1
Contract Period: 6 months (renewable)
Nationality: Thai
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or Above
Language Skills: English - TOEIC 800 up or equivalent (Japanese Not necessary)
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Email etc.
Experience: Open to fresh graduate
(Familiar with correspondence with Thai government organizations will be of an advantage)
(Working experience in similar positions in international organizations or projects will be an advantage)
(Working experience of human resource development will be an advantage)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the conduct of training sessions and other activities.
  • Support organizing the Project Steering Committee (PSC), Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) and meetings related to the project.
  • Support organizing activities, workshops, seminars, or questionnaires.
  • Do PR activities both in Thai and English through various media channels in Thailand, ASEAN nations and Japan. In addition, do administration tasks of the project's social media.
  • Support Assistant Manager to do e-data collection surveys.
  • Prepare information and materials for relevant meeting with ASEAN.
  • Perform supporting other procurement tasks of AJCCBC.
  • Coordinate with Sponsors in relation with In-Kind and In-Cash support to the project
  • Support additional operational and administrative activities as required.

Salary: 22,000 or above
Working Days: Mon - Fri (except public holidays) from 08.30 - 16.30
Working Location: The 9th Tower Grand Rama9 Building
