The 7th National Skills Competition 2019 has been organized by Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training under the cooperation of JICA Experts, and private companies from 04 - 08 November 2019 at Preah Kossomak Polytechnic Institute (PPI). 50 candidates have been participating in the competition, and seven of them are females. This event aims at improving TVET competency, improving the public private partnership, and selecting the outstanding candidates to join the ASEAN Skill Competition on July 2020 in Singapore. There are 8 skills in this competition, namely graphic design, brick laying, Tiling, Web design, IT Software Solution for Business, welding, electrical wiring, and Industrial automation. Remarkably, through the training, each group has improved their quality of work and speed. We hope this event will run smoothly at PPI.
