On September 24, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of United Republic of Tanzania in Dodoma, the capital city, for “Project for Empowerment and Promotion of Agriculture Through Use of SHEP Approach (TANSHEP2)”, a technical cooperation project.
