In today's dynamic environment, the concept of "successful competition" stands for the creation of value for customers and stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
If your products or services are on the same level with other companies, price is the only way to differentiate, that does not generate profit or sense of development. This issue can be resolved by producing the differentiated product, that will generate the profit and sense of existence.
The participants of the two-day seminar "Development of Products and Services", which took place on June 3 and 4 at the Kyrgyz-Japan Center for Human Resource Development, learned the conceptual basis of the Blue Ocean strategy i.e. competitive advantage that generates the profit and sense of existence of the business. Additionally, owing to lecturer Mr. Koji Uehigashi, the workshop participants learned how to use the concepts and tools of Blue Ocean to launch an innovation initiative in their companies.
