On September 26, 2019, His Excelency, Sooronbai Zheenbekov the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, has visited one of the workshops of "One Village One Product Issyk-Kul" in Tilekmat village, Jety-Oguz rayon during the official trip to Issyk-Kul oblast.

Various natural products made of local resources were displayed from all the regions to the President's visit. During the visit, he received an explanation about the main concept and the results of OVOP approach in Kyrgyzstan. The president has observed the felt making process by wet technique in the workshop, and had conversation with local producers and villagers.

The President expressed gratitude to JICA for support in the implementation of the OVOP Project, which is aimed at developing the regions.
