Two new seminars, which are the sequel of the online seminar series called "Voice of Students" that were launched in the beginning of May 2020 to support socialization and normalization of the Turkish and Japanese students during the pandemic by the cooperation of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Turkey Office and Turkish Japanese Foundation (TJV), were carried out on 27 & 28 August 2020.

The seminar on 27 August 2020 was held between the students of Tekirdağ Şarköy Cumhuriyet Junior High School and Kochi Prefecture Ogata High School. In the first part of the seminar, after the opening speeches of both school principals and Tekirdağ Governor, Mr. Aziz Yıldırım, Turkish students introduced Turkey's geographical, social and cultural characteristics, as well as Tekirdağ's, festivals, local food and folklore to their Japanese peers. Likewise, Japanese students shared their daily school life with the Turkish students by the video they prepared, as well as introduced the region they live in, traditional sports and cultural festivals, school trips and trends among high school students with their presentations. At the end of cultural exchange session of the seminar, Turkish students asked to their peers "when they start using "Hashi" and Japanese students asked to their peers "if there is a nursing room at their schools". In the second session of the seminar, students shared information about disaster preparedness and disaster education. At the end of the session, detailed discussions were made on the subject with mutual questions. For instance, Japanese students introduced "emergency foods" stored in the school so as to explain their question.

The seminar on 28 August 2020 was held between Tenzile Ana Junior High School from Van Erçiş and Reihoku High School in Kochi Prefecture. After the opening speeches of the school principals, Japanese students introduced their schools and the region they live in with help of a video. Students also shared a video clip that was prepared by the school in order to make students to forget the negative experiences due to the closure of schools and the cancellation of many activities during the pandemic as well as to support healthcare workers. The Turkish students made presentations about the touristic regions of Turkey, historical artifacts, the history of Turkish-Japanese friendship and Turkish culture including festivals, sports, etc. Students also introduced the city of Van, its history, local cuisine, and some characteristic items such as the Van Cat to their peers. At the end of the presentations, Turkish students asked their Japanese friends about the founders of Japan, while Japanese students asked what the most famous Turkish food is. At the end of both seminars, Mr. Nobuhiro Ikuro, the Chief Representative of JICA Turkey Office, delivered closing remarks and stated that the seminars contributed to mutual understanding of both countries through information exchange on both culture and disaster issues. He also thanked the Turkish and Japanese teachers for the realization of the seminars.
