Project Outline The objective of the Project is to improve the infrastructure, transportation, and market access in the target area through reconstruction of the bridges in the Rio Blanco-Siuna road in the Matagalpa Department and the North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, thereby contributing to consolidating the foundation for economic revitalization of the region as well as the country.
