NEC Corporation, an ICT leading company in Japan, which provide cutting edge technologies and model cases in the various fields, including Smart Agriculture as aiming for an inclusive and sustainable agriculture development.
NEC Corporation would like to understand the current situation in Tanzania and exchange information on needs and opportunities of digitalization in agriculture sector in general, as well as their digital solutions in particular.
AFICAT coordinated with relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, then NEC corporation had fruitful meetings with relevant officers of the Ministry of Agriculture.
