The HANDBOOK for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans has been revised in March 2009, in accordance with the revision of the Guidelines for the Employment of Consultants under Japanese ODA Loans and the Guidelines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans, March 2009.

The HANDBOOK can be handed out by the Shinjuku Headquarters and Representative Offices of JICA.
