Project Outline The objective of the Project is to provide AACSWMA (Addis Ababa City Solid Waste Management Agency) with technology and operation know-how of RPF, which contributes to both waste reduction and saving of fuel import, by separating and collecting industrial flammable wastes and converting into RPF as alternative for Heavy Furnace Oil (HFO) to be used by steel mills and cement factories.
