Project Outline The objective of the Project is to enhance the capacity of KPA (Kenya Ports Authority) staff on port development through following outputs.
・Dongo Kundu Port, Mombasa Master Plan (Target Year 2030 – 2040) is reviewed and revised.
・Strategic planning and management system in KPA is improved.
・Future demand and capacity forecast system in KPA is improved.
・Comprehensive Mombasa Port development implementation/ investment program is prepared.
