Project Outline The project objective is to promote energy saving in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India, by providing financial assistance to MSMEs through Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), and through refinance scheme of SIDBI to Primary Lending Institutions and Non-banking Financial Companies and by providing technical assistance to those financial institutions; thereby contributing to environmental improvement, sustainable economic development in the country and mitigation of global climate change.
