Project Outline The objective of the Project is to improve the transport capacity and efficiency by constructing road bridge connecting Mandaue city of Cebu island and Lapu Lapu city of Mactan island and connecting road, thereby contributing to alleviate serious traffic congestion as well as economic and social development.
