Standard Bidding Documents (Spanish)

The Borrowers of Japanese ODA Loans are responsible for carrying out the procedure, and in principle, International Competitive Bidding is applied. JICA sets Standard Bidding Documents for various types of goods and services and requires the Borrowers and the Executing Agencies of ODA Loans to use them for smooth implementation of these procedures.

※If the ITB (ITC / ITA) and/or GC (GCC) of the Bidding Document prepared by the Employer contain modifications from the Standard ITB (ITC / ITA) and/or Standard GC (GCC) included in the above listed SBD, JICA will not consider them valid and will require the Employer to modify the Bidding Document so that the Standard ITB (ITC / ITA) and/or Standard GC (GCC) shall apply.
Use of PDF file is strongly recommended for the above reason, unless there is a special reason not to.
