The MoU aims at spreading and sustaining the management of the Kominkan model in Egypt through holding activities in various fields to enrich the Egyptian skills and provide guidance on its operations to serve the needs of the local communities in Egypt.

There are more than 14,000 Kominkan around Japan, which is not only the most familiar learning center for local residents, but also plays an important role as a place of communication and exchange through involving social/ community activities.
