Project Outline The objective of the Project is to increase the water supply in Couffo and Plateau departments by/through development of new water resources and construction of piped water supply facilities, thereby to contribute to decrease of the number of water-borne diseases, improvement of the life environment, and abatement of water-carrying labor in the Project sites.
