Project Outline The objective of the Project is to Reduce mortality rates among children under five and pregnant women in Cote d’Ivoire by/through supporting infrastructure development and equipment provision, expansion of health insurance coverage, strengthening human resource development including midwives, and enhancing the distribution of essential medicines, primarily for primary healthcare service.
