Project Outline The objective of the Project is to achieve a stable power supply in the Toamasina metropolitan area, and contribute to its economic and social development by renewing two substations, Tamatave 1 and Tamatave 2, which have become inoperable due to their age, and by upgrading the distribution lines connecting them.
