Project Outline The objective of the Project is to improve access to safe drinking water by construction of the water treatment plant and improvement of water distribution networks that are resilient to climate change, and by strengthening the capacity to reduce the Non-Revenue Water in the Demerara=Mahaica, thereby contributing to industrial and economic development.
