Project Outline The objective of the Project is to strengthen the capacity of power supply and reduce the fuel consumption by modernizing the Navoi Thermal Power Plant through constructing the highly efficient Combined Cycle Power Plant, thereby contributing to stabilizing the reliability and increasing efficiency of power supply in the country.
