Project Outline The objective of the Project is to supply electricity stably in dry season and to meet the increasing demand in the country through the construction of Jomori Hydropower Plant in Samdrup Jongkhar, Druk Bindu Hydropower Plant 1&2 in Samtse, and necessary transmission line.
