Project Outline The objective of the Project is to ensure economic development and industrial promotion in the northeastern region, strengthening the livelihood foundations of local residents, ensuring alternative routes during disasters to stabilize residents' lives and accelerate recovery, enhancing connectivity with Nepal, and adapting to climate change by Increasing traffic volume and reducing number of road closures.
