Project Outline This project aims to reduce flood damage in the southwest of Phnom Penh, an area vulnerable to flooding, by rehabilitating and improving drainage facilities and related infrastructure, thereby contributing to overcoming the area’s vulnerability and stabilizing the living and productive foundations of the local community.
