Project Outline This project targets the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the Department of Housing and Urban Planning, and aims to strengthen urban development and town planning capabilities through area management by formulating a plan and establishing an implementation system for using the stadium to improve and create local value, thereby contributing to revitalizing the area and improving the urban environment in the center of Vientiane capital.
