Project Outline The objective of the Project is to contribute to improvement of living conditions, narrowing down the disparities, and enforcing resilience against climate change through improving accessibility, promoting agricultural productivity, and ensuring sanitary water supply by developing and improving small-scale infrastructure such as roads, irrigations, and water supply in four northern provinces where there are many residents living in poverty.
