You can download and freely use the cartoon (English version, with blank lines) below. For the blank line version, you can create your own original cartoon by adding the missing information in any language.
Be sure to include the JICA logo, the handwashing campaign logo, and the name - INOUE Kimidori when you create your original cartoon. Since the translation of the word "Author" differs in countries, Ms. Inoue's name is not included in the blank line version.
The cartoon has been translated into 21 local languages as of 30 October 2020. For the blank version, you can create your own original manga by inserting any language you wish. To avoid duplication of efforts of translation, please contact JICA Handwashing for health and life campaign secretariat (Handwashing@jica.go.jp) first.
