Target Areas 6 Districts in Luapula Province (Nchelenge, Mwense, Mansa, Milenge, Chipili and Chembe)
Purpose and Activities This project hopes to benefit to 82,000 people who live in Luapula province and increases the percentage of accessing to safe water from 25.6% to 30.0%. In this project a total of 176 boreholes and piped water scheme have been constructed. Including the organizing of Village Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Education Committee (V-WASHE) and village sensitization activities regarding maintenance and sanitation.
