Who participates in JICA's Training and Dialogue Programs?
Every year, some 10 thousand people visit Japan from developing countries around the globe to participate in JICA's Training and Dialogue Programs. Participants represent such public institutions as government agencies, non-governmental organizations and universities as well as private sector companies in developing countries. Given the wide range of backgrounds that participants have, what sort of impressions of Japanese knowledge and technology do they leave the programs with and how do they apply it back in their home countries?
