課題別研修「エナジートランジション（モビリティ）」にて前田鉄工所を視察しました

課題別研修「エナジートランジション（モビリティ）」にて、アルゼンチン、チリ、コロンビア、ガーナ、インドネシア、マレーシア、メキシコ、南アフリカから8名の研修員が来日しました。
2026年2月2日（月）、研修員たちは名古屋市にある株式会社前田鉄工所を訪問しました。同社は、自動車・二輪車・農業機械向けの部品や、建設機械用の部品などを製造する精密加工のプロフェッショナル企業です。
工場視察では、様々な製造設備や作業の様子を見学しました。また、電気自動車はガソリン車に比べて必要な部品数が大幅に減少する可能性がある中で、この変化に備えるため、同社ではロボット技術の活用や新規分野への挑戦といった取り組みを進めていることが紹介されました。
今回の視察と講義を通じて、研修員たちは日本の製造業がエネルギー転換の中でどのように技術革新や事業変革に取り組んでいるのかを学ぶ貴重な機会となりました。

Eight participants from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ghana, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, and South Africa participating in the training program “Energy Transition (Mobility)” have arrived in Japan to exchange knowledge and experience.
On Monday, February 2, 2026, the participants visited Maeda Technical Works in Nagoya City. The company specializes in precision machining and manufactures components for automobiles, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment.
During the factory tour, the participants observed various production facilities and ongoing manufacturing processes. The company also explained that the shift toward electric vehicles (EVs) may significantly reduce the number of components required compared to conventional gasoline vehicles. To prepare for this transition, Maeda Technical Works is advancing initiatives such as the utilization of robotic technologies and the exploration of new business fields.
Through this visit and lecture, the participants gained a valuable opportunity to learn how Japanese manufacturers are transforming their technologies and business models amid the ongoing energy transition.
