雨上がりの爽やかな夕暮れどき。JICA東京のすぐ近く、初台の東京オペラシティコンサートホールにて、東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団よりご招待いただいた定期公演の演奏を聴きに集まったのは、東南アジア・中央アジア・アフリカ・中東等から来日し、日本の大学院にて就学しているJICA長期研修員の男女10名。

ダン・エッティンガー指揮によるモーツアルトの力強いオーケストラと心に響くピアノの音色、人々の祈りや深い森の情景が浮かぶ美しく壮大なブルックナーの交響曲に感激した、研修員にとっては楽しい忘れえない夕べでした！
いつも言葉を超えた音楽の素晴らしさを研修員に体験させてくれる、東京フィルハーモニーの皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。

・コンサートはこれまで聴いた中で最高のものでした。前半は素晴らしいピアニストが登場し、その才能が音楽に命を吹き込んでいました。後半は様々な楽器の素晴らしい融合で、その印象が心に残ります。この素晴らしい経験を決して忘れません。

It was a refreshing evening after the rain when we gathered at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall in Hatsudai, near JICA Tokyo, to listen to a subscription concert invited by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. The audience consisted of 10 male and female JICA long-term participants from Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East who were studying at graduate schools in Japan.

It was an enjoyable and unforgettable evening for the participants, who were thrilled by Mozart's powerful orchestra and heartfelt piano sound conducted by Dan Ettinger, and Bruckner's beautiful and magnificent symphonies with scenes of people praying and deep forests!
