Sustainable growth and structural transformation in Africa: how can a stable and efficient financial sector help?

2013年9月にガーナの首都アクラで、the Overseas Development Institute（ODI）が主催した「Financial Regulation in Low-Income Countries: Balancing Inclusive Development with Financial Stability」のテーマによる公開セミナーとワークショップの成果が「Sustainable growth and structural transformation in Africa: how can a stable and efficient financial sector help?」のタイトルで、2013年12月にODIから出版されました。

この出版物は、ODIのDirk Willem te Velde主任研究員、コロンビア大学のStephany Griffith-Jones教授の2名が編集を担当しており、本セミナーの発表者の一人であったJICA研究所の細野昭雄シニア・リサーチ・アドバイザー（SRA）が執筆者の一人として参加しています。細野SRAは、「Development finance for structural transformation and inclusive growth: Asian experiences」と題する論文の中で、東アジア各国が、長期の低金利で資金を融資する開発金融機関が、この地域の工業化やインクルーシブな発展に重要な役割を果たしたことを論じています。
