イベント内容

今世紀最初の10年間、多国間協力はOECD／DACドナーなどから広く支持されました。しかし2010～2019の10年間には多国間主義（multilateralism）よりも一国中心主義やナショナリズムが世界中で勢いを得ているように見受けられます。国連機関や多国間開発銀行はこの一国中心主義による大きな挑戦に直面しています。

その一方で、中国、韓国、ロシア、日本といった北東アジア諸国は近年、新しい多国間協力の枠組みを整備しつつあります。既に長い実績を誇るアジア開発銀行に加え、アジアインフラ投資銀行、ユーラシア経済共同体、上海協力機構といった新しい枠組みが機能しつつあります。

このような状況に北東アジア諸国はどう対応すれば「持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」を達成していけるのでしょうか。本フォーラムでは、中国、韓国、ロシアと日本の国際開発関連学会が、国連ESCAPの協力を得て、上記の点について議論します。ESCAPに加え、アジア開発銀行（ADB）やアジア太平洋諸国の有識者も数多く参加します。
