| 概要・目的 |
a）歴史・目的
JICA-NGOデスクは、JICAインドネシア事務所の一部署として2003年5月8日に設置されました。日本とインドネシアの非政府組織（NGO）や非営利組織（NPO）と良好な関係を築き、育むことで、両者間の協力を促進することを目的としています。 b）JICA-NGOデスクの主な役割： NGOデスクは、草の根レベルの協力におけるJICAインドネシアの「窓口」として主に下記の役割をつとめています。 ・日本とインドネシアのNGOやNPO間の関係構築と絆の育成 ・能力開発活動を通じたJICAのNGOネットワークの質の強化 ・草の根レベルのコミュニティエンパワーメントを目標とする様々なJICAスキームの支援 ・JICAのパートナーNGOや民間セクターとの協力・協同機会促進 ・インドネシアにおいて地域開発プロジェクトを（特にJICAと協働し）実施するNGOへのコンサルテーション提供 c）JICA-NGOデスクの主な活動 ・ NGOトレーニング／ワークショップ：パートナー団体のソフト面・ハード面のキャパシティビルディングにつながるような研修機会の提供 ・NGOデータベース：草の根技術協力での連携を視野にインドネシアに根差した現地団体とのパートナシップ構築に関する情報収集 ・関連調査等：セクターに関連する調査の実施 （注）2018年以前の活動に関しては下記のURLを参照下さい（インドネシア語のみ） ・JICA-NGO Desk a）History and Mission JICA-NGO Desk was established on May 8, 2003 as a unit of JICA Indonesia Office. NGO Desk’s mission is to establish and foster good relations with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Non-Profitable Organizations (NPOs) of Japan and Indonesia as well as to facilitate the interaction and cooperation between them. b）Main roles of JICA-NGO Desk The daily activities are centered on developing, maintaining, and broadening external and internal stakeholder communication including the following： ・Nurturing and developing relations and ties between Japanese and Indonesian NGOs and NPOs ・Strengthening the quality of JICA's NGO network through capacity development activities ・Supporting the various JICA schemes targeting the community empowerment at the grassroots level ・Facilitation of cooperation opportunities for JICA's partner NGOs with the third parties, such as the private sector ・Providing consultations for NGOs in conducting regional/community development projects in Indonesia, particularly those in collaboration with JICA c）Activities ・Offer NGO Training / Workshops to support the development of partner’s capacity (both soft skills and hard skills/know-how). ・Maintain NGO Database to facilitate and support JPP program in partnership with local Indonesian organizations. ・Conduct Researches and Surveys ・ Kegiatan Link to the previous activities are found here (in Indonesian only): ・JICA-NGO Desk |
