JICA東京帰国研修員好事例集を作成しました

JICA東京では、2020～2024 年度の課題別研修に参加した研修員 3,520 名にアンケート実施し、870 名からの回答を得ました（回答率24.7％）。研修員の帰国後の活動・活躍を知っていただけるよう、17 名について事例集を作成しています。
本事例集は、帰国研修員のうち、特にヒューマンストーリーおよび社会的インパクトの観点から、帰国後の活動が顕著であった事例を中心に整理したものです。今後の研修の質の向上や好事例の共有・活用に資するものと考えております。

JICA Tokyo Good Practice Collection of Ex-participants
JICA Tokyo conducted a survey of 3,520 participants who joined the Knowledge Co-Creation Program (KCCP) between FY2020 and FY2024 and received responses from 870 Ex-participants (a response rate of 24.7%).
Based on the results, we have compiled a collection of 17 successful case stories to showcase the activities and achievements of ex-participants in their home countries.
This collection highlights cases with outstanding human stories and social impact, focusing on Ex-participants who have made notable contributions after returning home. We believe these examples will contribute to improving the quality of future programs and to promoting the wider sharing of good practices.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all participants who kindly cooperated in the survey and interviews.
